  4. Steinmetz Homes Henry St and Emmons St
  5. Woodlawn Elementary School Wells Ave side
  6. Howe Elementary School
  7. Steinmetz Park Lenox Rd side

Police cars, fire trucks and community partners roll through the city handing out candy, Halloween coloring books and high-visibility safety bags to reuse on trick-or-treat night. It runs after dark, so please bring a grown-up.
